3. Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time:

  • In-App: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
  • Email: Send a request to support@ytpix.com from your registered email.

3.2 After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account is downgraded to the Free plan.
  • You keep access to all previously generated content.
  • Unused credits carry over for Pro and Business plans up to 1x the plan limit. For Free and Creator plans, unused credits do not roll over upon period end.

3.3 Reactivation & Deactivation Policy

  • Loss of Credits on Deactivation: When you deactivate your account, any active paid subscription will be lost immediately, and the account will be downgraded to the Free plan with 0 credits.
  • Status Upon Reactivation: Once you reactivate your account, you will start on the Free plan with 0 credits.
  • Blocking & Support Contact: If you deactivate your account more than 2 times, it will be blocked. To request activation of your account, you must contact support at support@ytpix.com.
  • Reactivation Limit: After reactivation, a new subscription must be purchased under a separate account.

4. Refunds

4.1 Strict No-Refunds Policy

All subscription purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once a transaction is processed. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or unused generation credits.

No refund is provided simply because a user cancels their subscription or deactivates their account. Cancellation only stops future auto-renewals; your access and remaining credits remain active until your paid billing cycle expires.

4.2 Account Access After Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to all paid features and your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the billing period, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

4.3 Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free of charge and requires no credit card or payment information. You can remain on the Free plan indefinitely and receive 3 starter generation credits upon signup.

  2. Email support@ytpix.com with subject “Refund Request” including your registered email, purchase date, and reason.

We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@ytpix.com. We will resolve any billing dispute promptly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any refund rights under this policy.

8. Plan Changes & Credit Rollover

  • Paid-to-Paid Upgrade (e.g. Creator to Pro / Business): Upgrades take effect immediately. Any remaining unused credits from your previous paid plan will roll over and be added to your new plan balance. A new billing cycle begins upon upgrade.
  • Free-to-Paid Upgrade: Upgrades take effect immediately. Unused free promotional credits do not carry over to the paid plan. A new 30-day billing cycle begins upon upgrade.
  • Manual Downgrade: To protect users from losing credits, the system blocks downgrades to a cheaper plan if you have credits remaining. You must utilize your remaining credits before switching to a lower tier. Once your balance is zero, you can downgrade.
  • Subscription Expiration / Non-Payment: If your paid subscription ends or expires due to non-payment, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. To ensure fairness, any leftover credits you had from the paid plan are carried over to your Free plan balance.
